I can’t believe the big game is this weekend! Growing up I gathered with family for the game, but what I remember most was the food. There were amazing chip dips, chili, hot dogs, ribs, baked potato skins, and more desserts someone could even taste. What Super Bowl party doesn’t have amazing amounts of food???
Chobani yogurt contacted me this week and asked if I could come up with a recipe {using Chobani yogurt} that I could share with my friends and family at our Super Bowl party. I, of course, immediately thought of creating a dessert. Here is what I have come up with … Cheesecake Frozen {Greek} Yogurt.
Cheesecake Frozen Greek Yogurt
Ingredients
- 2 cups Chobani Greek Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 cup Milk (I used whole)
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2-1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 6 Tablespoons Biscoff Cookie Spread, crunchy
Directions
Mix together all your ingredients, except the Biscoff Cookie Spread, with a hand mixer for about 2 minutes until everything is combined and no lumps are visible.
Pour into your ice cream machine and follow the manufacturers instructions for frozen yogurt churning time {with my Cuisinart machine it took 17 minutes}.
Spoon 1/3 of the frozen yogurt into container and add 2 tablespoons of cookie spread and mix/spread into frozen yogurt. Spoon another 1/3 over that and do the same thing with 2 more tablespoons of cookie spread. Now spoon the remainder on to the top and add the last 2 tablespoons of cookie spread.
Place into the freezer for a couple of hours. Serve as is or with fruit.

Serve as is or with fruit. I decided to choose fruits that went with the Super Bowl team colors. If your a Seahawks fan, add some blue berries and kiwi to your dish. If you love the Patriots, add some blueberries and raspberries. If your are undecided {or just there for the food} throw in any combination that sounds delicious to your taste buds. But, don’t forget to add a cute little flag to your dish to support your team. I found these cute free printable flags at Elegance and Enchantment.
