Detailed Instructions

Cut cold baked potato leftovers into wedges. The baked potatoes need to be cold or they won’t cut, they will mash. I then toss in olive oil. Once all the fries have a light coating of oil I sprinkle a little kosher salt, pepper, and here is the secret ingredient. . . Canadian Chicken Seasoning. I bought this at Sam’s Club a few years back to give it a try and we instantly loved it! We do it on a chicken quite a bit, but I almost like it better on baked fries. Note: It contains garlic, salt, onion, spices, orange peel, paprika, red pepper, green bell pepper.
